In 2009 DIVEROSS was established as a partition of Plastmeccanica, a company, based in Emilia Romagna, Italy, a name in the plastic parts production since 1967.

Due to Rossano Lugli’s passion to the sea and to underwater photography the first brand of photo and video camera housings made of transparent polycarbonate was created in the 1980s.

After several years of dissociation Plastmeccanica is back on the market with a new series of products, comprising technological and design innovation, integrating the experiences from the past years, rounded off by providing a maximum in user-friendliness.

By the end of 2009 DIVEROSS featured a complete series of casings for photo and video cameras, as well as for lighting and other novelties, not present on the market to date, this way encouraging the passion to capture unforgettable moments underwater.
