DiverStore Shipping Policy

All orders from Bulgaria are generally shipped two times per week after receipt of payment via the services of Speedy or Econt Express (upon specific request). Both carriers offer online tracking of the parcels.

Shipping fees calculated by the website are only informatory. All parcels to Bulgarian addresses will be shipped with payment on delivery with all shipping costs to be paid by the customer. This guarantees the correct pricing on all shipping and handling costs for parcels delivered within Bulgaria.

All orders from neighbouring states (Macedonia, Greece and Romania) will also be shipped via Speedy parcel service with delivery ranging between 48 and 72 hours after shipment. Shipping costs are calculated by the website and added to the order.

All orders from the European Union and the rest of the world will be shipped via Bulgarian Post airmail. Upon specific request we can also ship via EMS, DHL, UPS or TNT. The shipping costs calculated by the website are related to Bulgarian Post airmail shipment. Shipping via DHL, TNT, UPS or EMS is usually much more expensive and our team will contact each customer requesting these forms of delivery before proceeding with the shipment of the parcel.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We prefer to be as "green" so please don't be surprised if a recicled package is used for your parcel.
